This poem is one of the most great poem in the English literature at least in my point of view, dear you in the bottom line you will find the theme of the poem I wish you like it

The tilte of the words is But you didn’t

I looked at you and smiled the other way
I thought you would see me but you didn’t
I said I love you and waited what you would say
I thought you’d here me but you didn’t
I drew a picture just for you to see
I thought you would save it but you didn’t
I made a fort for us back in the woods
I thought you would camp with me but you didn’t
I needed you just to talk to, my thoughts to share
I thought you would want to but you didn’t
I told you about the game hoping you be there
I thought you would surely come but you didn’t
I asked you to share my youth with me
I thought you would want to but you couldn’t
My country called me for war, you asked me to come back safely
BUT I DID NOT !!!
